"Pray for us that the message of the Lord may be spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you...May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance."

I finished reading through 2 Thessalonians last night, and was really encouraged by those words! Lately, I have been trying to be more intentional about prayer, so it is really awesome to read Paul's letters and see how dedicated he was to prayer and how important he regarded it. I thought these two verses really summed up a lot of what I am learning and doing here this summer: sharing the gospel, bringing glory to God and learning what it looks like to mold my heart and desires to His.
